We hold a Supper Club event every other month at which participants can listen to lectures by qualified presenters, watch cooking demonstrations, taste good food, get recipes and other health literature, ask questions, etc. Sometimes there might be hands-on cooking, or participation such as in an exercise-themed class. Recent classes have been on crock-pot cooking, sleep, and weight control. We also had a "12 Weeks to Wellness" series DVD presentation by Dr. Wes Youngberg.
Our goal is to be a blessing to our community and help each participant not only recognize that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made," but also that there are many health principles that, if applied properly, will go far in preventing and destroying disease.
Supper Clubs are held 6:30-8 pm on the second Tuesday of each of the following months:
